Olympus Aroma is a social enterprise comprised of herbalists, botanists, chemists and other academia with a passion to preserve, educate and cultivate the rare species of flora. It is a grassroots initiative to preserve the traditional and pharmacological use of these rare plant species. The organization is affiliated with crafty local producers that offer these organic products under stringent inspection and high care for optimum quality.

Olympus Aroma products are supervised by one of the world’s widely acclaimed and most influential scientific minds of 2015 - Polissiou Moschos/Agricultural University Athens Greece – Mr. Polissiou has published hundreds of articles and research in botany, chemical composition of plants and benefits of plant-based medicine. He is the author of two books and has published numerous papers (150) in international scientific magazines. He is a Scientific Associate of the Hellenic General Secretariat for Research & Technology and supervisor in many research projects organized by the E.U., and the Director of Chemistry Laboratory in the Agricultural University of Athens since 1993.
